Its always a bit of a risk buying something on line without seeing it or trying it first. We hate to see returns and we work hard to create paddles people will love. However sometimes a paddle just isn’t the right fit. We get it. For this reason we would rather you return your paddle than have it sit in your bag and be a constant reminder of a poor online purchase.
If you’re not happy with your Brick*House paddle you can return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving it, either for a different paddle, or a refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, we ask that you complete a form (link below) so we have a couple of details about the return.
Once we receive the return form we will send you an email confirming we received your request and a follow up email, generally within 24 hours, with a return label and return code.
Please do not return your paddle without the label and code.
Once we receive the paddle in good condition we will issue your refund the next business day.
Discounted items are final sale only and paddles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and be in resalable condition. Condition assessment is the sole discretion of Brick House Paddles. If you are unsure if your paddles condition please send us a picture of the paddle highlighting the area of concern prior to returning the paddle.
Product showing signs of wear or damage may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or be deemed ineligible for a refund.
Products deemed ineligible for a refund will be returned to you freight collect.
Brick House Paddles does not cover the cost of the return shipping or shipping of a replacement unless the product is deemed to be defective.
Brick House Paddles is not responsible for any product being returned that is lost or damaged in the process.
