Return Policy
We know buying a paddle online can feel like a leap of faith — you can’t swing it in your hand or feel the hit before you buy. At Brick House, we work hard to build paddles people love, but sometimes a paddle just isn’t the perfect fit. And that’s okay. We’d rather you send it back than let it gather dust in your bag.
If you’re not fully happy with your Brick House paddle, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving it — either for a different paddle or a full refund.
Return Terms
- Eligible items: Most products (excluding customized items or items under $20) can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method within 15 days of delivery.
- Condition: We encourage you to try your paddle. As long as it’s in resalable condition (lightly played but not damaged or excessively worn), we’ll accept the return. Final assessment of condition is at Brick House’s discretion.
- Exclusions:
- Customized or personalized paddles are final sale.
- Clearance and sale items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Request authorization: Please email us at returnrequest@brickhousepaddles.com to receive a return code and address. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
- Complete the form: Fill out our quick online return form (link below) so we have your details.
- Receive your label: Once your request is received, you’ll get an email confirmation. Within 24 hours we’ll send you a return label and return code.
- Send it back: Ship the paddle back using the label provided. Please note: return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your paddle arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 1 business day.
- If a paddle shows significant wear or damage, it may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or deemed ineligible for return. Ineligible items will be sent back to you (freight collect).
- Return shipping and replacement shipping are not covered unless the paddle is defective.
- Brick House is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
