Trading in your old paddle for a New Brick House Paddle
How it works:
- Tell us what paddle you are trading in using the form below and we will confirm eligibility.
- Select Your New Brick House Paddle: Purchase your new Brick House paddle at the regular retail price through our website.
- Ship the Old One Back To Us: We’ll include a pre-paid return shipping label in the box with your new paddle. Just drop your old paddle in that box and let us know its ready for pickup.
- Get Your Credit: Once we receive and verify that your trade-in is in playable condition (no cracks or structural breaks), we’ll issue a credit directly back to your original payment method.

Trade-In Program Conditions:
- Eligible Paddles: Any name brand paddle excluding custom paddles.
- Eligibility: Offer applies only to the purchase of new, Brick House paddles. This promotion cannot be combined with other coupons or discount codes.
- One trade in paddle only per new Brick House paddle.
- Paddle retail price will be based on current online pricing from any of several major Canadian retailers and ECommerce platforms.
- Paddle Condition: Trade-in paddles must be in reasonable and playable condition. We accept normal wear-and-tear such as loose edge guard trim or worn surface texture. We do not accept paddles with structural damage, including delamination, cracks, or broken handles. If you are unsure if your paddle qualifies, please email a photo for pre-approval.
- Shipping: Brick House will provide a pre-paid return shipping label with your new paddle. We cover up to $15.00 of return shipping costs; any costs exceeding this amount will be deducted from your final trade-in credit.
- Processing: Once your trade-in paddle is received and verified, we will issue your trade-in credit as a partial refund to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Trade-in paddles must be received at our St. Marys facility within 15 days of your new paddle delivery.
- Ownership: The person trading the paddle must be the owner of the paddle and have full title to it. In the event of a dispute of ownership, Brick House Paddles will not be responsible for returning the paddle. Upon issuance of the trade-in credit, the paddle becomes the sole property of Brick House Paddles and cannot be returned to the customer.
- Geography: This offer is valid for customers located in Ontario only.
- We reserve the right to deny a trade in request or rescind a trade in approval if the paddle is not as described in the trade in form.
